Dr Camilla Petrycer-Hansen is a Partner in the Novo Holdings Seed Investments team, where she is responsible for company creation and early investments. In January 2025, Dr Petrycer-Hansen assumed leadership of the REPAIR Impact Fund, an investment fund dedicated to supporting companies discovering and developing therapies targeting resistant microorganisms. She serves on the Board of Directors at Centauri Therapeutics, AMR Action Fund, Muna Therapeutics, Hoba Therapeutics, Precirix, and Limmatech, and is a Board Observer for Paratek.
Prior to joining Novo Holdings Dr Petrycer-Hansen spent 10 years in business development roles, where she helped to design and implement effective growth strategies across academia, start-ups and industry.
Dr Petrycer-Hansen has a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and a Master of Pharmacy degree from Copenhagen University.
