Ron Gladue

Ron Gladue is an accomplished scientific and strategic leader with over 40 years of experience in drug discovery and development for immunological diseases, including immune-oncology, autoimmunity, allergy, and antibody-based therapies for infectious disease. During a career at Pfizer spanning more than 34 years, Ron held senior leadership positions including Director and Head of Immunology Research, as well as founding a new group within the company focused on B-cell repertoire screening to identify new antibody-based therapies for infectious disease.

Ron is the Founder and Principal for Adviolan Consulting, where he supports pharmaceutical and biotech companies with immunology expertise on portfolio strategy, drug discovery, translational research, and early clinical development of biological and small molecule therapies. He is also on the Scientific Advisory Board for End Allergies Together Foundation for food allergy research, and is a Senior Scientific Strategist for the Jeffrey Modell Foundation for Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases.

Throughout his career, Ron has led 14 drug discovery programs for small molecule and biologics, is a co-inventor on 13 patents, and has published 43 manuscripts, book chapters and reviews.
